Here's how the scoring works...

Enemies Kill - Anytime you are in a battle and an Enemy gets killed you get credit. This goes for everyone in the battle. So if there is a battle with 5 enemies, and you have members from your guild in the battle, you can earn up to 25 kills for your guild with that one battle (5 enemies killed, 5 guild members get credit, so 25 kills total).

EXP Earned - This is the total amount of EXP earned from enemies killed, EXP from quests does not count.

Dungeons Cleared - Number of dungeons cleared by your guild, if you have 5 guild members in the final battle of a dungeon, your guild gets credit for 5 dungeons cleared (1 for each guild member in the final battle of the dungeon).

Arenas Cleared - Same as dungeons, but it works for Arenas, but only the longer ones... CWA and UWA count as dungeons.

Yes you get credit when you are solo/running with another guild.
